How much of a Christian are

YOU?

Are you a Christian?

1) Sort of, I guess.
2) Oh yes, certainly.
3) Of course I am. All god-fearing, decent people are Christians. The only alternatives are some form of Satanism!

How important is Jesus to you?

1) He was a great teacher and a good example for us all.
2) I believe I have a personal relationship with Him, and always try to live according to his teachings.
3) He is my PERSONAL LORD AND SAVIOUR and will be the JUDGE of you for asking such imbecilic questions!

How often do you go to church?

1) When I have to - weddings, christenings, funerals.
2) Once a week if possible.
3) At least twice a week, anyone who does less risks the very FIRES OF HELL!

Do you have a Bible?

1) Erm.. I'm sure there's one in the house somewhere. Maybe in that box in the attic.
2) Yes, up there on that shelf.
3) What? I never put it down. In fact, I have at least three, but only the King James version is the true translation.

How much of it have you read?

1) Some of the nice bits in the New Testament. The Sermon on the Mount and stuff like that.
2) All of it, and I occasionally re-read it all.
3) I read little else, and make sure to read it from cover to cover, each and every holy word, once a week.

Do you believe in Heaven?

1) Well, it's a bit far-fetched, but it would be nice to go there I think.
2) Oh yes. Hopefully I'll lead a virtuous enough life to get in.
3) Of course, and that's where I am going when I die. I look forward to that day, when I will meet my Lord face to face.

Do you believe in Hell?

1) Not really, it's an unpleasant idea, isn't it?
2) Yes, but I think only people who really deserve it will go there. Murderers and the like.
3) Oh, it is very real! If you want to avoid it then the only possible way is through accepting Jesus. Now! Nothing else matters.

What do you think of other religions?

1) It's nice for people to lead a spiritual life, but they're not for me.
2) I'm sure there are many ways to find God, and we all worship the same God in the end. It's not for me to judge others.
3) They are little more than DEMON WORSHIP! Anyone who is not a Christian when they die will not receive salvation, and that's that. By the way, Christianity is not a "religion", it is REALITY, and should not be compared with those fairytales.

Do you believe in the Devil?

1) No, that's another myth, I think.
2) Well, there is certainly evil in the world, and I think something, or some being, must be behind it.
3) Satan is real, he exists, and tries to corrupt everybody all the time. With evil little quizzes like this, for example!

Does prayer work?

1) I don't know. It's not something I generally rely on, anyway.
2) God hears and answers all prayers. But sometimes the answer is "Yes", sometimes "No", sometimes "Wait".
3) All prayers of the faithful are always answered. If not, it's probably your own fault for not being sincere enough.

What sort of movies do you enjoy?

1) Oh, most things. Action, adventure, mystery, romance - you name it.
2) Most things, but I try to avoid films about the occult, or ones that might mock my beliefs.
3) Anything that does not clearly and explicitly promote the Word of Jesus is anti-Christian, and I will have nothing to do with such Devil's work.

Do you witness to or share your faith with others?

1) No, they have their beliefs and I have mine. Why should I try to force my opinions on anyone else?
2) If the subject comes up, I'll be sure to make my beliefs known.
3) On a daily basis - to co-workers, friends, family and the people on the train. The more they object, the clearer it is that they need to hear the Good News.

Do you give money to the church?

1) Well, on the rare occasions that I go I'll usually put some loose change in the collecting plate.
2) I always make sure to donate money when I go, or if there is a specific need.
3) There is a regular payment of 10% of my earnings made directly to the church once a month. Anything less and I might as well be giving it all to the Church Of Satan!

How do you account for disasters (earthquakes, plane crashes etc.)?

1) Bad things happen. I don't think God has anything to do with it either way.
2) I can't explain it, but I have faith that it is somehow part of God's plan, although I may never understand it.
3) God is in direct control of everything. Nothing happens without a reason. Some of these events may be signs that we need to look to God more, some may be punishment for sin. I do not question God's ways.

Would the religion of a politician affect the way you vote?

1) Not really, as long as they weren't going to use their position to push their religious views on people.
2) I'd certainly prefer to vote for a Christian, but it's not a deciding factor.
3) Only a Saved politician with sound Christian views could be trusted. Non-Christians shouldn't even be allowed to run for public office!

If you answered mainly 1

Perhaps your religion is more of a habit than an actual faith? We recommend that you try one of these quizzes to find out more :

Are You A Humanist? (from the British Humanist Association)

Are You A Humanist? (from the Humanist Association of San Diego)

You may already be a Secular Humanist without realising it.

If you answered mainly 2

Yes, you are a fairly typical Christian. Award yourself two Strawberry Smoothies and a sticky bun.

If you answered mainly 3

I'm afraid you are a "fundy kook". Your religion is more important to you than oxygen, and you enjoy nothing more than shoving it down the throats of others and judging people entirely on their beliefs. You should consider setting your browser homepage to www.jesus-is-lord.com, www.tencommandments.org or any similar religious-nut website. The few friends you have probably share your views, as does your God. Award yourself a T-Shirt with "Warning : Fundy Kook - Please Humour Me" printed on it.
